These guys are the real deal. No smarmy used car salesman song and dance. Travis and Tanner made the whole process quick and easy. I drove away Saturday in a Rubicon I feel confident about. Very pleasant experience
Very pleasant experience. I have been shopping for a particular vehicle for over 6 months. Found it on line with TRD Motors and called. It was priced right and they were willing to hold it for me with a down payment (other places would not) because I was going to need to fly to OR from AL to get the car. They picked me up at the airport on a Sunday. The paperwork was quick and painless and I was on the road for my 2400 mile trip home. They even called to check on me. Could not be more pleased. Just WOW! Tanner and Paul are the absolute best. They worked with me through and through to get me the exact car I wanted (a MT 2013 Subaru Crosstrek) and TRULY honored their word in that, if anything was wrong, they would fix it - even lending me loaners and giving me huge deals getting the car in "like new" shape (such honesty and trust is rare in this world). And now, I am one happy customer with a car I absolutely love following a stupid accident back in Dec where my old Subaru Impreza Outback Sport was 'totaled' (I completely disagreed with the insurance co's judgement).
